Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our software applications (the "Apps"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Apps.

2. Use of the Apps

Our Apps are provided for your use, including for business purposes. You may use the Apps for any legal and authorized purpose, including but not limited to managing your business operations. You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using the Apps.

3. Intellectual Property

The Apps and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of K System Software and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our express written consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited uses of the Apps:

• Using the Apps for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Apps or servers or networks connected to the Apps.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Apps or any related systems or networks.
• Using any automated system, including but not limited to "bots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Apps in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional web browser.

5. Transfer of Software

You may not transfer, assign, or sublicense your rights to use the Apps to any third party. Any attempt to transfer, assign, or sublicense your rights without our express written consent is null and void.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Apps at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Apps or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall K System Software, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, or any other damages whatsoever, that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Apps.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless K System Software, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Apps.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Use.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
• Any claim that your use of the Apps caused damage to a third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

11. Arbitration

Any dispute arising under these Terms of Use shall be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Aydın, Turkey.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and K System Software regarding your use of the Apps. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
